Founded by Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger and Patrick McGrath MW, Domaine Evremond is a pioneering English sparkling wine estate in Kent - named after the 17th-century French poet and champagne enthusiast, Charles de Saint-Évremond. Set across 125 hectares in the heart of the Garden of England, the site benefits from chalky soils and a climate well-suited to growing classic Champagne varieties. This first release is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, crafted by Champagne Taittinger’s winemaker Alexandre Ponnavoy. Fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic conversion, it’s fresh, balanced and expressive.
