Cyril Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, 75cl

Crafted in tribute to Stephen Henschke’s father, fourth-generation winemaker Cyril Henschke, this single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the family’s legacy and the vitality of the Eden Valley terroir. Deep crimson in colour, the 2021 vintage opens with an expressive bouquet of blackcurrant, violet, tomato leaf and sweet spice, framed by notes of cedar, bay leaf and flowering herbs. The palate is layered and elegant, with vibrant cassis, cocoa and sandalwood carried by plush tannins and bright acidity through to a long, seamless finish.
