Ron Viejo Rare Spirits Rum, Valdespino, 70cl

A rather exquisite combination of Caribbean Rums, Ron Viejo Valdespino Rum is aged in Solera casks – previously used to age Old Oloroso Sherry in Jerez, Spain. Deep amber colour, on the nose it delivers mature oak notes alongside sweet honey with a kick of orange peel and spices. Complex citrus notes linger on the palate, with a delicate sherry background and caramel notes on the finish.
