Cygnet 77 Welsh Gin, 70cl

Created by Katherine Jenkins and Andrew Levitas at Penderyn Distillery in Swansea, Cygnet 77 is a celebration of Welsh heritage, artistry and innovation. Beginning with the award-winning Cygnet 22 base, the gin is aged for 55 weeks in ex-Welsh whisky casks with Manuka honey, yielding an ultra-premium sipping gin. The result is smooth and complex, with notes of juniper, vanilla and caramelised honey woven with floral and woody layers. Best enjoyed neat, it also pairs beautifully with chocolate desserts, truffles, crème brûlée, soft cheeses, or smoked salmon with crème fraîche.
