Direct pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and lees ageing preserve delicacy while building subtle texture. This is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, displaying refreshing peach, strawberry and citrus finish; it will pair beautifully with Asian seafood, grilled fish, tomato salad or anything featuring mint.
