Blending hand-picked Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, Clos Mireille Rosé hails from the vineyards of Domaines Ott. These vineyards, which adorn the shores of the Mediterranean, produce what many consider Provence’s greatest rosé. Zesty and citrusy, this wonderfully polished rosé combines notes of strawberry fruit with a balanced acidity and a long, dry finish. It will pair beautifully with some gently-smoked salmon.
