A fresh, sparkling wine, Pelorus Brut NV is a chardonnay-dominant blend of selected vintages. Its subtlety and elegance make it the perfect choice for any occasion - from birthdays and anniversarys to weddings and beyond. Apple-crisp flavours complement a nutty, yeasty complexity derived from a two-year bottle maturation on lees. Sophisticated and layered, Pelorus sets the benchmark for Marlborough sparkling wines.
