Château Rochebelle Saint-Émilion, 2018, 75cl

Château Rochebelle sits overlooking the Dordogne Valley in France on the heights of the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion. Combining purity, smoothness and tension, this wine has great ageing potential. The vinification included five days of cold maceration with a gradual rise in temperature (20-28°C), gentle extraction and fermentation for four weeks. This wine is aged in 18th century monolithic cellars and kept at a constant temperature of 13°C in 80% new French oak, fine grain barrels.
