Produced by the small, family-run Cascina delle Rose, this Barbaresco comes from the highly regarded Tre Stelle cru and is farmed organically. Made from Nebbiolo and aged in large oak casks, the wine balances traditional structure with clarity and finesse. Aromas of rose petal, red cherry and dried herbs lead into a layered palate of wild strawberry, spice and subtle earth. Firm yet polished tannins and vibrant acidity give the wine depth, poise and excellent ageing potential. A refined and expressive Barbaresco, suited to slow, memorable meals. Pair with braised veal, truffle pasta, mushroom risotto or aged cheeses for a classic Piedmontese match.
