Beeble’s journey began in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, where one hive of honey bees teamed up with one innovative beekeeper to create Honey Whisky. So popular this tipple has become that there are now 130 hives found on Beeble’s estate.

Working closely with Strathearn Distillery, a family-run business located in the heart of Perthshire, Scotland to create this special whisky. They hand-pick their barley and delicately combine it with yeast to catalyse the fermentation process. After three years of maturing in barrels, a delicious scotch is finally created. The scotch is then expertly blended using honey from Beeble’s hives to create a smooth, rich, honey-infused liqueur with the perfect touch of natural sweetness.
