All the Hype Bacchus, Gutter & Stars 2025, 75cl

Gutter & Stars was founded in 2020 after the opportunity arose to establish a winery in the basement of a Grade II-listed windmill less than a mile from the centre of Cambridge. Founder and winemaker Chris Wilson began his career as a music and newspaper journalist before discovering a passion for wine. After graduating from Plumpton College with a degree in winemaking in 2010, he gained experience in wine regions around the world, including California's Napa Valley, Germany and East Sussex, before founding Gutter & Stars.

This Essex-grown Bacchus is vibrant and aromatic, with notes of lime zest, matcha and freshly cut grass. Sourced from Lion's Walk Vineyard, the grapes were hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and fermented in neutral oak using non-Saccharomyces and Champagne yeasts. Expect bright apple and grapefruit fruit, subtle herbal complexity and a long, textured finish.

Only 560 individually numbered bottles were produced.
