Rose Petal Jelly
Using our freshly picked petals, this iconic jelly is filled with Fortnum's love. The petals are picked in the evening when they are at their most scented, and transferred the next morning to the jelly, thus capturing the fine fragrance. Delicious on scones, sandwiched between sponges and with white meats.
Pistachio & Rose Butter
Calling on their roots in the Royal Courts of Persia and the Ottoman Empire, our subtle Pistachio & Rose Butter is packed with gently toasted nuts and infused with a drop of aromatic rose water. Delicious slathered on crumpets, with apple slices or as a filling for cake.
