Distilled in North Yorkshire by Whittaker & Sons, this small-batch English single malt blends time-honoured craft with a touch of modern precision. Matured in American oak casks, it offers a beautifully balanced nose of toasted oak, fresh barley and a hint of honey. On the palate, creamy vanilla gives way to orchard fruits, soft cinnamon spice and a delicate touch of ginger, culminating in a smooth, warming finish.
