Our exceptional 85% Dark Hot Chocolate is made with single origin Colombian Chocolate - for a richer, darker taste - and all natural cocoa butter. Only ICCO classified ´Fino de aroma´ or fine flavour cocoa is used, making it part of only 6-8% of chocolate in the world.
Tasting Notes consist of mild cocoa flavour, red fruit notes and a mild level of acidity as a perfect accompaniment for the chocolate flavour.
The design of this tin is based on the Fortnum & Mason’s 1860s cocoa paste earthenware pot, which contained superlative cocoa, hand ground in Piccadilly. Today’s chocolate contents would satisfy the demanding taste buds of our forebears.
