Matured in a blend of Oloroso, PX and red wine casks, this sherry-led single malt opens with deep aromas of dried fruits, spice and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and full-bodied, offering stewed berries, warming nutmeg and seasoned oak, all wrapped in a silky texture with a satisfyingly long finish. Ideal for pairing with bold flavours such as spiced duck, blue cheese or dark chocolate desserts. A contemplative and intensely elegant dram.
