The wine boasts fragrant notes of apricot, peach, and honeydew melon, layered with zesty lime and subtle ginger spice. Crafted from early-harvested fruit for natural acidity, this is a bright, juicy wine with a light body and clean, crisp finish. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and partially arrested to retain a touch of residual sugar, it’s full of texture and personality.
