Terms & Conditions
ENTRY
Simply make a purchase via www.fortnumandmason.com between 12:01 (GMT) 7th November – 11:59 (GMT) and 20th November 2022, to be automatically entered into the competition draw. We reserve the right to withdraw your entry if you return or cancel your purchase.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. No responsibility is taken for entries that are incomplete or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason. Entry is available to all residents of Mainland Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). Employees of Fortnum & Mason plc and their families are not eligible for entry.

WINNER'S PRIZE
The winning prize consists of a set of bespoke hampers, a Christmas tree (maximum height of 7ft) and Fortnum’s decorations, valued in the region of £4,500.
As part of the prize, the winner will have the option for a Fortnum’s representative to visit your home to install and decorate the Christmas tree. Alternately, if you’d prefer to not take advantage of this service, we will deliver the Christmas ornaments for the winner to decorate the tree.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other items. Fortnum & Mason reserves the right to substitute items for those of a similar value in the event of non-availability.
WINNING
The winner will be drawn at random on 21st November 2022. We will endeavour to notify the Winner by email within two days of the prize draw ending. If the winner does not respond to Fortnum & Mason within 7 days of being notified by Fortnum & Mason, then the Prize will be forfeited and Fortnum & Mason shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from Fortnum & Mason within 7 days or else they will also forfeit the Prize). If a winner rejects the Prize, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited and Fortnum & Mason shall be entitled to select another winner.
The name of the winner will be available for 30 days after the prize draw if requested in writing by emailing [customer.services@fortnumandmason.co.uk].
If you win or are a runner-up in the prize draw, you give permission to Fortnum & Mason plc to publicise your name and/ or image in relation to the prize draw.
PRIZE DELIVERY
Fortnum & Mason will contact the winner to discuss suitable timings for the delivery. Please note, multiple delivery times will be required due to the nature of the prize, combining ambient and fresh products, alongside the logistics of delivering the Christmas tree and decorations. As it’s a busy time for the Fortnum’s delivery team, delivery dates may be limited and are subject to availability.
DATA PROTECTION
By entering the prize draw, you understand that for the purpose of administering the prize draw and prize fulfillment, it is necessary for Fortnum & Mason to hold and process your personal data.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fortnum & Mason accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the Prize. The products won must be consumed in accordance with their instructions. Fortnum & Mason further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw, other than cannot be excluded by law. Fortnum & Mason reserves the right to modify or discontinue this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Fortnum & Mason in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
