Ultimate Summer Sharing Salad
Greet the sunshine with this colourful salad, filled with everything from cheese and chicken to tomatoes. Made with Fortnum’s Stilton Wedge and Piccadilly Dressing, it's perfect for sharing around the picnic blanket.

Ingredients
Serves 4 as a main
200g mixed salad leaves, washed and roughly chopped
300g cooked roast chicken, shredded or cut into cubes
350g cherry tomatoes, halved
1⁄2 red onion, finely chopped
4 mini or half a large cucumber, chopped
150g Radishes, chopped
100g Fortnum’s Stilton Wedge, crumbled
Fortnum’s Piccadilly Dressing, to serve
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
How to Cook
STEP 1
Place the salad leaves into a large salad bowl or serving platter.
STEP 2
Arrange the chicken, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, radishes and crumbled stilton on top of the lettuce.
STEP 3
Drizzle over the Piccadilly dressing. Season well, then toss together to serve.
