Take our Camomile Infusion.

 

It’s made using Summerdown camomile that’s patiently grown on the slopes of Malshanger House in Hampshire. Thanks to the predictably unpredictable English weather, it requires endless amounts of loving care and attention to help it flourish.

 

There are certainly easier ways to get your hands on some camomile but these tricky conditions are what give ours its deliciously robust flavour.

 

So if we have to don our wellingtons and go the extra mile to make the perfect infusion, so be it.
