Fortnum's Kitchen Orange Olive Oil Porridge Recipe


Porridge is a breakfast classic, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring. The Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil adds freshness and cuts perfectly through the creaminess.
What you'll need
SERVES 2
80g jumbo rolled oats
200ml water
200ml whole milk
Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to serve
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, to serve
2 tsp demerara sugar, to serve
Pinch of Fortnum's Salt, to serve
What to do
1. Add the oats, water and milk to a saucepan over a medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring regularly and cook for about 10 minutes until thick and creamy.
2. Serve in two bowls and sprinkle over the sugar, cinnamon and salt. Drizzle over the Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil - you won’t need much as a little goes a long way!
