The Carillon family has been making wine in the village of Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th Century. Aged for one year in oak barrels, followed by six months in steel tanks, this notable wine is made from the Chardonnay grape. Full bodied, it has notes of peach, exotic fruit and apple blossom. Serve alongside fine fish, shellfish and flavoursome pork.
