Grown in the coastal Crouch Valley and aged in Burgundy oak, it’s naturally fermented and unfiltered, bursting with cherry, raspberry and a touch of earth and spice. Silky and expressive, it pairs beautifully with roast meats or mushroom dishes, and may just steal the show.
