A single estate, limited production organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil created exclusively from hojiblanca olives from the early harvest in the El Vicario estate.
The aroma is intensely fruity, wide and powerful with notes of tomato, apple and banana. With a touch of almonds and mint, this well-balanced and complex oil has a soft taste of vegetable notes of lettuce and almonds. There's a good balance between bitterness and spiciness alongside piquant flavours that appear later on the throat.
We recommend serving this olive oil with salads, toasts, gazpacho and goat's cheese.
