Original Crown Mill are a brand rooted in heritage and quality, supplying to some of the most illustrious customers in Europe such as the Belgian royal family. Crown Mill stems from royal influences, harking back to 1478 when Emperor Maximilian permitted the monks of La Hulpe Monastery, Belgium to build a mill on the banks of the river Argentine. Two centuries later King Charles ordered the watermill to become a royal mill for producing paper. In 1870 Frédéric Pelletier opened a writing paper and envelope factory in Brussels selling an authentic copy of the original paper and “Original Crown Mill” was born.

Comprising 100 sheets of C6 white 100gsm laid paper with a textured finish, the stationery set is complete with 50 matching lined envelopes in an Original Crown Mill gift box. World class gold standard laid paper is used to create the contents of this wonderful box of fine papers.
