NON-1 features the vibrant taste of Tasmanian raspberries, concentrated through a 48-hour cold steep of freeze-dried fruit. Chamomile adds structure and a smooth finish, while raspberry skins provide a mild tannin. A touch of Murray River salt enhances its salinity, and a slight carbonation gives it a refreshing twist—a perfect non-alcoholic alternative to a rosé on a hot summer day.
