Nohaca Plata Tequila is a bold, modern expression of 100% Blue Weber agave, bottled at 42% ABV for added depth and texture. Produced at NOM 1588, the agave is oven roasted, open-air fermented and double distilled to preserve clarity and character. The nose shows fresh agave, citrus and green apple, while the palate reveals cooked agave, lime, capsicum and a saline lift. The finish is bright and grassy with a touch of green pepper. Presented in a striking decanter-style bottle made from 100% post-consumer recycled glass, it is designed to be sipped neat or mixed simply with soda.
