Simply Pure Blaufränkisch is made organically with minimal sulphur, bottled unfiltered to preserve its natural character. Bright and approachable, it opens with aromas of sour cherry, blackberry, wild herbs and cracked pepper. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with lively acidity, soft tannins and a gently savoury finish.
