Behind every beautifully iced biscuit from Honeywell Bakes is a story of family. Founder and mother Rebecca began the bakery in her kitchen as a hobby, using any spare time she had while the children were sleeping or playing to bake and ice biscuits. Over time, Honeywell Bakes grew with the help of family and friends chipping in, late-night icing sessions and a fridge always full of butter.

Rebecca’s team of creative women and bakers are (self-confessed) baking connoisseurs, and the proof is in the… biscuit, with each one made using local ingredients such as free-range eggs, organic Cotswold-milled flour, British-grown sugar and locally produced butter.
