This 18 Year Old single malt embodies perfect harmony, matured in sherry seasoned casks of both American and European oak. Boasting an amber honey colour with aromas of dried fruits and toffee, coupled with rich candied citrus peel and ginger, the palate consists of rich raisin and dried apricot, balanced with toasted wood spice and a lingering warm finish.
