One of China’s most famous and popular teas. Long Jing tea is pan-fired, often by hand, which results in a flattish yellow leaf with a savoury and gently roasted character.
This tea is perfect when cold brewed in a glass carafe, or in an ‘on-the-go’ infuser bottle and is excellent for repeat infusing up to 3 or 4 times.
Did you know? Long Jing translates as ‘Dragon Well’ and is named after the village where it was first created.
