Aged for 18 months in 33% new barrels with a dash (2%) of juicy Malbec, this delicious red is ready to drink on release and also has the capacity to improve in bottle for five years or more.

Red meat is the natural accompaniment to such a vibrant Aussie Cabernet, but Prelude has the freshness and finesse to work alongside grilled fish or vegetable dishes too.
