La Goya XL Manzanilla En Rama, Delgado Zuleta Sanlucar, 37.5cl

Produced by the exceptional Bodega Delgado Zuleta, the oldest winery in the Marco de Jerez region, Manzanilla Goya XL is aged and extracted from the exclusive solera reserved for La Goya. Made of 100% Palomingo grape, the wine is biologically aged under layer of flor for 10 years in the Spanish solera system using American oak casks.

With an intense gold colour and aromas of toasted cereal and citrus peel, on the palate is dry, creamy and soft with notes of sea, olives and toasted nuts. It pairs wonderfully with charcuterie dishes, seafood like prawns and shrimp and as an aperitif with olives and smoked almonds.
