Koehler-Ruprecht Riesling Kabinett Trocken, 75cl

From the historic village of Kallstadt in Germany’s Pfalz, Weingut Koehler-Ruprecht is among the oldest estates in the region, famed for its crystalline, dry Rieslings made with minimal intervention. This Kabinett Trocken opens with an aromatic bouquet of peach, pear, pineapple, and star fruit, laced with subtle herbal notes. Fermented in large, old oak or chestnut barrels and aged on lees for up to nine months, it is bright yet refined, with a saline edge, fine citrus core, and long mineral finish. At just 10.5% ABV, it still delivers remarkable presence and depth, perfect alongside grilled shellfish, sushi, smoked fish, or fresh, citrus-dressed salads.
