Introducing our Coronation Collection
Introducing our Coronation Collection
MEET OUR FIRST SEVEN CORONATION CREATIONS

To call us excited would be an understatement: the first seven items in our Coronation Collection are here at last and it's all we can do not to hang the bunting, don our party hats and sound the trumpets already. In fact, the only reason we're keeping our powder dry at all, is because there's still so much more to come in the weeks ahead.
But before we get ahead of ourselves, there's the septet of special treats below to discover, from exceptional cups for teatime sipping, to buttery biscuits and textile keepsakes. Whatever sort of Coronation shindig you're planning, you're sure to want to invite a few of these new and joy-giving creations.
And why are we so giddy about the products below? Well, for one thing, they're among the most-beautifully designed things we've ever made.
Featuring a rich palette of regal colours, heraldic motifs, iconic typography – and a cast of gentle animals from the Commonwealth and beyond – the designs found across the items in Fortnum’s Coronation Collection take their inspiration from the iconography of royal pageants and ceremonies through the centuries.
And because this is a moment to remember in modern British history we've enlisted the services of a trio of exceptionally talented British artists to bring our Coronation products to life. You'll hear much more about our artists very soon, but for now, the bold and elegant designs below are just a taste of what's to come.
So without further ado, meet the first selection of happy and glorious Coronation things from Fortnum's, all created with Their Majesties King Charles III & Queen Camilla's landmark celebrations in mind. Maybe it's just us, but a cup of Pineapple and Coconut Infusion sounds mighty refreshing right about now...

| 1 | Organic Darjeeling | |
|
Hailing from the misty Himalayan foothills, the historic home of the white Egret which decorates this caddy, Darjeeling is known as ‘the Champagne of teas’ for its elegant complexity and muscatel character. Exceptional with or without milk, this organic Second Flush is a royally good drop that’s sure to reign – and pour – at many a happy teatime. The beautiful pink tin, rich with gold details, is a real keepsake, too.
|

| 2 | Pineapple and Coconut Infusion | |
|
As bright and tropical as the forever-elegant flamingos that grace the design of its keepsake tin, this naturally sweet infusion is inspired by the iconic colours and flavours of the Caribbean. Aromatic and uplifting, it's a delicious hot serve at teatime – and if the mood takes you (and if the weather is warm enough...) it also makes for a sensational tall drink, served over ice as a refreshing cold brew.

Scottish Ling Heather Honey Biscuits |
|
|
Certain to add a little sweetness to any teatime, these wonderfully buttery biscuits are made by our expert bakers with aromatic Scottish Ling Heather honey, from hives of busily flitting bees north of the border. Light, elegant and housed in a tall tin you'll want to keep and refill, they partner perfectly with the muscatel character of our Coronation Darjeeling.

| 4 | Coronation Coffee Blend | |
|
A blend of heritage beans from Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia, this enlivening brew is inspired by East Africa's rich coffee-growing history and boundless natural beauty. Promising smooth stone fruit notes in every sip, it's a truly remarkable cup, created for especially celebratory moments. The handsome felines gracing the regally dark purple tin are quite something, too. |

| 5 | The Coronation Bag for Life | |
|
Marrying form and function, our Bag for Life, resplendent in signature Fortnum's Eau de Nil and finished with elegant gold details, marks a truly historic moment in British history. More than a mere memento, it’s built to last and certain to add a touch of elegance to any shopping expedition. Some say it's too lovely to be put to practical use – we prefer to think of it as a truly regal way to transport your groceries.
|

| 6 | The Coronation Tea Towel | |
|
A timeless keepsake, an essential culinary accessory and a woven work of textile high art too, this beautiful tea towel is expertly-made by fifth generation artisan weavers in Northern Ireland. Whether you frame it (as some people do with our tea towels) or put it to good use in your kitchen, it's certain to be an elegant, Eau de Nil reminder of Their Majesties King Charles III & Queen Camilla's Coronation.

7
The Coronation Musical Biscuit Tin
A beautiful keepsake tin that plays ‘God Save The King’ as it spins, the septet of biscuits within are made in Lancashire by our experts, and each pays delicious tribute to an assortment of flavours and ingredients from around the world — from warming Fijian ginger and tart-sweet Canadian cranberries, to creamy South African macadamia nuts and rich Cornish clotted cream. And besides being musical, the tin itself is utterly delicious: from the gold detailing and dapper-looking peacock on the body, to the feather motif on the lid.
