On the Island of Hven located between Denmark and Sweden lies the Spirit of Hven distillery. Founded in 2008, this family owned distillery became the third pot still distillery ever to be built in Sweden and is one of the world's smallest commercial pot distilleries.
As you sip this unique gin, a pure scent with clear notes of juniper and citrus will develop and a light aroma of vanilla will begin to build up by a spicy liquorice note. The strong alcohol is then balanced well by a scent of herbs and coriander.
