This elegant wine showcases notes of apple and pear, following the classic brut style. Cultivated organically in the 'Garden of England,' the blend features Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes.

Presenting a radiant white gold hue with exceptionally fine bubbles, it entices with aromas of honeysuckle and white peach. Upon the palate, it reveals balanced acidity, a gentle mousse, and the subtle flavours of citrus and stone fruits, complemented by hints of elderflower on the finish.
