Gisovu White Tea Wooden Caddy, 2021, 30g

Gisovu is situated in the Karongi District of the western province in Rwanda. At an altitude of 7,500 feet above sea level, it is close to the furthest source of the River Nile in the nearby Nyungwe Forest. Gisovu has ideal growing conditions for producing some of the finest teas in the world which are highly sought after for their briskness, flavour and exceptional quality.

Beautifully delicate with gentle freshness and minerality, our 2021 Gisovu White Tea is bursting with stone fruit aromas of peach and apricot. Whilst the unopened buds display beautiful downy silver tips in the cup.

To brew, heat water to 90°C, use one rounded teaspoon of tea per person and brew for 2-3 minutes. Gisovu is best served without milk and can be infused several times.
