Bertha, their latest creation, is the sister to their legendary ‘Bruce’ cake that has had customers queuing from dawn hoping to get their hands on a slice.

Perhaps even more indulgent than the famous – and enormous – Bruce, this exclusive Bertha cake has been crafted in collaboration with Fortnum’s and boasts a staggering 24 layers of luscious dark chocolate sponge interwoven with rich, gooey milk and dark chocolate ganache.

Nestled inside one of our small wicker baskets, you’ll find a large slice of the sought-after Bertha cake – a scrumptious delight that serves up to four people!
