Produced by influential winemaker Domaine Bruno Sorg, our Cremant d’Alsace is just the bottle to toast the season. Crafted from a delicate blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay in the north-eastern region of France, it is bottle-fermented and aged for eighteen months ‘sur latte’. Offering depth and an exceptionally creamy texture, the result is complex on the nose with subtle hints of citrus and orchard fruits.
Serve chilled alongside Fortnum’s Scottish Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs.
