The 60 Above wine was aged using the traditional method, resting 60 metres above sea level in Exton Park's wine cellar. Notably, it has earned a WineGB Gold medal and an impressive 94 points from Decanter, garnering widespread critical acclaim.

Yet, it's the intriguing 60 Below that sets a new standard in winemaking. This wine was aged 60 metres beneath the sea, off the Brittany coast, marking the first-ever English sparkling wine to explore the mysteries of the deep. The continuous movement of the water against the bottles, while they mature on lees, is believed to impart a unique character to the wine. Exton Park is the first English producer to attempt this complex ageing process, making this launch particularly interesting to wine connoisseurs.
