Exmoor Sycamore Honey, 200g

Deliciously creamy and light in colour, our Exmoor Sycamore Honey is packed with caramel notes typical of maple and sycamore honeys from the early spring. The temperamental weather on the Exmoor Moorland assists in creating a wonderfully rare blend. On the palate, the honey has a delicate, silky character - perfect for sweet baking and pancakes.

All of our honey is proudly single-origin, minimally filtered and completely pure - never blended and never pasteurised.

Crystallisation is a natural process in honey – should it occur, gently warm the bottle in hot water.
