Exclusively selected for our Hong Kong store, this English Single Malt Whisky is a rare expression of Cotswolds Distillery’s craftsmanship. Distilled using locally grown barley and malted at Britain’s oldest working maltings in Warminster, Wiltshire, it reflects both provenance and precision at every stage. Aged for approximately 33 months in a combination of ex‑Bourbon and red wine‑conditioned oak, the whisky is non‑chill filtered and drawn from individually chosen casks. Each bottle forms part of a limited, hand‑numbered release, underscoring its individuality and collectable nature.

The nose is rich and warming, with aromas of dried red fruits, toasted almond, sweet vanilla and gentle oak spice. On the palate, it is full, rounded and expressive, revealing layers of cherry, dried cranberry, marmalade, malt and toffee, lifted by a thread of citrus‑vanilla that carries through to a long, satisfying finish.
