Tasting Note
A warmly expressive nose of toasted nuts, dried apricot, honeycomb, and soft baking spices. On the palate, the chestnut wood brings supple tannins, sweet roasted chestnut, spiced caramel, and hints of orange peel. The texture is generous and velvety, finishing long with notes of nutmeg, cocoa husk, and gently warming oak spice.

Food Pairing
