Specialising in repurposing ingredients that would normally go to waste, Discarded Spirits creates its Sweet Cascara Vermouth from the fruit of the coffee berry. Cascara is usually discarded during production, wasting billions of tonnes of fruit. However, this ingenious, sustainable spirit gives the berry a new lease of life as the heart of a deliciously sweet vermouth.

On the nose, it’s deep, rich and aromatic, with a natural warmth. On the palate, indulgent fruity notes merge with the signature bitter notes of vermouth, revealing a full and sweet flavour and a clean, lingering finish. Best served neat over ice or shaken into a classic Negroni, Boulevardier or Manhattan cocktail.
