Crème Fraîche & Caramelised Onion Dip


Just in time for the arrival of spring, this dip is perfect for rustling up and taking with you on your next great picnic adventure.
What you'll need
SERVES 4
250g Crème Fraîche.
100g Fortnum’s Caramelised Onion Marmalade.
25g Parmesan, finely grated.
Chili or olive oil, for drizzling.
Soft fresh herbs, such as chives or parsley, for garnish.
Salt and Freshly ground black pepper.
Crudités and crackers to serve.
What to do
1. In a medium bowl, use a spoon to combine the crème fraîche, Caramelised Onion Marmalade and parmesan.
2. Check for seasoning, then place into the fridge for at least an hour to chill.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle generously with chili or olive oil, and scatter with fresh herbs and black pepper.
4. Serve with crudités and crackers.
