Cradoc's Beetroot & Garlic Crackers

These delicious and soft pink square shaped Crackers are speckled with garlic, pepper and real beetroot. These crackers initially carry a delicate flavour, building to well rounded, full and earthy beetroot flavouring, with a lasting crunch and mellow garlic notes. This unique cracker brings a savoury sweetness from the sugar in the beet, which is weather dependant. The hotter and drier the summer is, the sweeter the beetroot, and dryier and colder weather gives the crackers a more intense flavour and colour. Variations will occur as Cradoc's uses real beetroot. These crackers make for a perfect snack any time of day.
