Clive Christian Matsukita Perfume, 50ml

First created in 1892, this illusive scent was inspired by a Japanese princess who awed the Victorian court with her elegance. A mystical mix of fresh, invigorating tones with smoky notes and a musky, warm base, this perfume is filled with complexity and alluring charm.

In 1872, Crown Perfumery was established and granted the use of the royal crown by Queen Victoria. In 1999, Crown Perfumery was acquired by Clive Christian and began a new era of exquisitely crafted fragrances under the English designer’s leadership.

Fragrance notes:
Top – Green bergamot with notes of sparkling pink pepper and spiced nutmeg
Heart – Floral, smoky notes from Chinese imperial jasmine and mate tea
Base – Hints of jasmine sambac and guaiac oil complement woody tones, whilst rich amber, fir balsam absolute and whispering musks form a sensual and warm base.
