Our original mulling syrup combines the earthy fragrance of juniper with the warming comfort of ginger and clove. Bright cranberry and sweet clementine add a modern twist, creating a perfectly balanced infusion that’s as versatile as it is celebratory.

Simply mix five parts wine, cider, or apple juice to one part syrup, warm gently (never boil), and finish with sliced citrus and cinnamon sticks - or, for a traditional Swedish flourish, add raisins and blanched almonds. Also delicious brushed over festive bakes or used to cure a celebratory side of salmon. It truly is Christmas in a bottle.
