Gingerbread – spicy ginger balanced with warm cinnamon and nutmeg, our own House blend

Turkey Rub – orange peel and orange oil make a particularly aromatic gravy for turkey, with savoury thyme, sage and garlic to flavour meat as well at vegetables, nut roasts and white fish

Sprouts Dust – a festive take on a classic furikake seasoning, balancing umami and sweetness. Dried seaweed imitate flakes of sprouts and add a unique savoury twist alongside sweet maple sugar, a gentle touch of dried chilli, all alongside the visually and texturally elevating sesame and poppy seeds.
