Caramel & Toffee Selection, 275g

Made by exceptional British producers, these classically-crafted confections are produced in small batches in copper cauldrons to traditional English recipes.

Each caramel and toffee is handmade and enrobed in chocolate, then wrapped in a twist of colourful recyclable paper. The cream comes from a rural 400 acre farm in Sussex in the south of England, with only a small herd of cows, that roam outside in the fields. When inside, they have beds of deep straw and are fed with grass and clover silage that has been grown on the farm. This produces exceptionally high-quality milk and cream, which imparts a delicious flavour into each of our caramels and toffees.

The caramels are smooth creamy with a slight chewy texture. The selection includes flavours such as Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel from Anglesey, Dark Chocolate Caramel, Milk Chocolate Caramel, & Dark Chocolate Rosa Damascena Caramel. In contrast, the toffee is firm but not hard, with buttery undertones that perfectly compliment the Milk & Dark chocolate.
